We are a family-owned, award-winning producer of products inspired by the use of fresh and smoked garlic. The business was founded by Salina Khairunnisa after an enthusiastic response from parents at her children’s school. In 2009 she made the now famous smoked garlic and chilli for school event and parents.
We are passionate about the flavours we develop and are determined to introduce it to more people. The products are all still produced by hand in small batches in North London.
The ingredients for each recipe is carefully developed. Garlic is smoked to her own blend of wood and herbs. Different garlic is sourced from different countries to complement the recipe.
